Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For oversized items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow up to 3 weeks.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home decor items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Whiteriver ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Whiteriver account.
