Returns & Exchanges

At Whiteriver, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Whiteriver boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
